Outstanding service!
I've used Superior Auto clinic twice now and I've got to say they have done very well under difficult circumstances. Both times I brought in difficult repairs. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. The second repair I could be described as a nightmare repair because it required removing the transmission just to get to the place where they had the repair. The second time they also came in under budget. Compared to some of the dealerships in town these guys are far and above. I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle there again. Highly recommended.
Another tough repair on a vintage vehicle, completed to my complete satisfaction. Bill and his crew have always treated me and my vehicle with care. Superior Automotive is one of the few repair shops I've found that I feel I can trust with my vehicle. Thanks for doing a great job for me.
They were friendly and courteous to everyone who entered the business while I was there. They were also fast and economical. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes for a smog cert. I will definitely go back to them again.

Excellent staff! New to the area and needed a smog check and both the manager, Billy, and another staff, Gilbert, were excellent. Knowledgeable and personable. Will definitely be going back for any vehicle needs!
Moving out of Chico in 2 days for Roseburg Oregon and I will certainly miss the staff at Superior Auto.. Always fair and quick with the customer in mind. I worked in retail for 48 years and they have the type service that any business would be proud to have. Keep up the good service and work guys.
