Superior Auto is the best place to go for service. They are honest and keep you updated on how long it will take and let you know when your vehicle is ready to go. Gilbert is very kind and explains everything that will be done. They don’t try to sell you what you don’t need. I’ve been very satisfied with Superior Auto.

They are a great business to work with. Despite being slammed when I brought my car in, they got me taken care of quickly. Benny at the front was awesome--helpful and kind. I'm glad we found this place when we moved to Chico.

This is a repair shop I trust and have confidence in, and in all these years taking my cars to Superior Auto I have had not a single reason to question that confidence. On top of that, the folks at Superior Auto are very friendly, and they will do what they can to help out when the unexpected problem pops up. I appreciate the quality of their work, and their excellent customer service, and I also appreciate that when I roll out of their shop I know my car is ready to hit the road. Now if they could only wave a magic wand and make gas a bit cheaper!
