I can't say enough good things about Superior. Gilbert and Benny really try to give the best service experience possible. Nobody likes spending money on repairs but you get honesty, knowledgeable mechanics and fantastic customer service. I would rather pay for that than go somewhere else that will only take your money while NOT fixing the issues. They are the best I've been to in a very long time. Thanks guys!!

I had to have repairs done but there wasn't time to get our car to Chico so I went with a local garage in the Paradise area. The guy fixed the what was supposed to be done and I appreciate it. Unfortunately there was damage done in the process. I had the car towed to Superior to see what was wrong. Let's just say that after some checking our vehicle wasn't safe to drive. I actually could've lost a front wheel at any moment! Gilbert is by far the BEST front desk person I've ever encountered. He wouldn't allow us to drive the car and was very concerned for us. Everyone was. Our car is fixed, safe and back on the road. Moral of the story? Don't go to someone you don't know! My wife and I are grateful for the caring shown by everyone at Superior. Thank you to all...Gilbert you are our hero!
