Automotive Repair in Chico, CA

I had to have repairs done but there wasn't time to get our car to Chico so I went with a local garage in the Paradise area. The guy fixed the what was supposed to be done and I appreciate it. Unfortunately there was damage done in the process. I had the car towed to Superior to see what was wrong. Let's just say that after some checking our vehicle wasn't safe to drive. I actually could've lost a front wheel at any moment! Gilbert is by far the BEST front desk person I've ever encountered. He wouldn't allow us to drive the car and was very concerned for us. Everyone was. Our car is fixed, safe and back on the road. Moral of the story? Don't go to someone you don't know! My wife and I are grateful for the caring shown by everyone at Superior. Thank you to all...Gilbert you are our hero!

Great service as always!

We were fortunate that everything fell into place after being towed in late on a Monday morning. Diagnostics confirmed the 2005 Corolla needed a new starter - and the part was available. We were able to pick up the car later the same afternoon. It was also good to know that there wasn't anything else needed (all those computers and modules). Superior Auto Clinic lives up to it's name again!
