I took my vehicle in for A/C service and it was completed at the quoted cost. Customer service was great. Bill was friendly and helpful, and his 8 yr old daughter kept me informed about video games. Great experience.

When Gary Viertell retired, I felt I had lost an old, trusted friend. Gary had always reported my vehicles' condition honestly, suggested proper and cost-effective solutions, and never tried to sell me unnecessary parts or services. Plus, he always met the time estimates for my vehicle to be available. Gary was my "go-to-guy" for all automotive issues, and I greatly valued his judgment. In one last service to his customers, Gary chose a clone of himself as his successor. Bill Zimmerman is younger, but has Gary's bountiful expertise and the same commitment to superior service. Because Bill retained Gary's expert mechanics, basically nothing has changed under Bill's ownership. I never hesitated to recommend Gary's shop, and I feel the same about the "new" Superior Auto Clinic.
