They seem to know what they're talking about, and they're nice (only reason I'm not giving 0 stars). They assume their customer has no idea, and take advantage of that. Example: they tried to charge almost $80 for a new serpentine belt, claiming it was cracked, and over $100 for the labor to install it. 1) I didn't need a new serpentine belt. It was replaced 9 months ago and was not cracked. 2) Serpentine belts cost closer to $30, not $80, and 3) it should not cost that much labor to install it. With someone skilled, and with the right tools, it should take less than 10 min, not even close to $100. (On my model of car - Ford 2002 taurus, the alternator and serpentine belt are on the top left, easy to get to.)
