My car broke down and was towed into the shop. I mostly spoke with Gilbert for the whole time and he was awesome--good-humored, professional, and helpful. He managed to get my vehicle done ahead of time and communicated every step of the process. I'm new to the area and needed to find a new auto shop so I'm glad I had a good experience finding one.
